Silks I: Learn to fly on fabric suspended from the ceiling like cirque du soleil! In this 6 week course, students will be introduced to the aerial art of silks, as they climb, roll and invert. Progression based skills will increase strength, flexibility, body awareness and musicality as we combine moves to create a dance in the air!
Pre-req: No experience needed - Please have your child wear fitted pants and either a leotard or fitted top.
