Come and join your friends as we start our mornings with movement and munchies! Each class will include a small run around the neighboring streets to wake us up. This is not meant to be competitive and we will stick together to find the right pace for all. We will challenge ourselves as a group as we move through the weeks, but if we all simply feel that walking the neighboring streets is best than that is what we will do! We will then come back and complete a different “cool down” activity each week. Think yoga, stretching with bands, body weight resistance. After we have successfully moved through our morning we will end our time together with a snack that will keep us going! We will try various smoothie recipes, energy bites, and other quick and easy nutritious snacks.
